Workshop
After almost 15 years of research and field experience, we have decided to start transferring the theoretical knowledge and hands-on expertise gained in wheel–rail interaction dynamics.
We are doing so by training new maintenance teams for lubrication systems applied to the rail gauge face.
Looking ahead, we intend to make BB Technical Service’s know-how our flagship offering, through technical consultancy, training courses, and the resolution of complex operational situations.

BB Technical Service was founded in 2005 as the technical division of Faiveley Transport Italia, with the aim of developing chemical formulations to optimise railway maintenance.
We have remained true to this mission by delivering high-quality products whose proven effectiveness helps raise reliability standards and reduce maintenance process costs.
The know-how demonstrated over the years has led us to sign contracts and partnerships with companies such as SPII, Dropsa, and Mapei.
Today, our products are referenced in the technical manuals of some of the most important railway manufacturers and reach customers worldwide: from Europe to South Africa, from the Americas to Korea.
