General description:
SP 231 is a high-performance synthetic grease, formulated with a high percentage of PTFE and complex lithium soaps.
The presence of PTFE reduces friction coefficients by creating a protective film between metal surfaces, improving lubrication even in the presence of micro-asperities.
Designed for environments with high temperatures, high humidity and intense mechanical stress, SP 231 offers oxidative stability, anti-corrosion protection and wear resistance, including on plastic or elastomer components.
It helps extend maintenance intervals and reduce the operating temperature of mechanical parts, ensuring smooth, long-lasting operation.
SP 231 is ideal for:
Homokinetic joints and tripod joints
Bearings subjected to heavy loads
Manipulator mechanisms (e.g., SPII driver desks)
Mechanical parts in humid or high-temperature environments
