SP 813 — Medium-strength oil-tolerant threadlocker
Locks and seals threaded joints even in the presence of oil. Resistant to vibration, chemicals, and high temperatures.
General description:
SP 813 is a thixotropic anaerobic threadlocker designed to lock and seal metal threaded joints, even on surfaces contaminated by oil traces, maintaining sealing efficacy and mechanical retention under demanding operating conditions.
The product resists vibration, chemical agents, fuels, oils and pressure, with thermal stability from −55°C to +150°C (with peaks up to +200°C for short periods).
It is compatible with standard couplings up to M36, and is indicated for railway applications, industrial plants, and environments subject to thermal or mechanical shock.
SP 813 is recommended for:
Screws, bolts, studs and metal fittings
Joints exposed to oils or fuels
Systems subject to vibration or temperature variations
Threaded assemblies in industrial and railway machinery
Its oil tolerance and mechanical stability make it ideal for railway maintenance and mechanical workshops.

Thoroughly clean the surfaces, even when contaminated by oil traces. Apply a quantity sufficient to completely fill the joint. Assemble and allow polymerisation.
The liquid product may damage paints or elastomers: avoid contact with sensitive plastics.
For disassembly, use conventional tools or heat the assembly to 150–250°C.
Remove polymerised residues with mechanical tools and finish with acetone.
