SW 305 is a spray cleaner formulated with a blend of non-CFC solvents, specifically designed to prepare metal surfaces before applying adhesives.
It effectively removes dirt, oils, and residues, ensuring perfect adhesion. Its rapid evaporation makes it ideal for professional use in the railway sector.
The product is part of the SW line, developed in collaboration with Faiveley for applications on pneumatic and mechanical systems of rolling stock.
SW 305 is indicated for:
Preliminary cleaning of metal surfaces before adhesion
Removal of oils, greases, and contaminants from mechanical components
Preparation for bonding railway sub-systems

Spray a moderate amount of product onto the surface to be treated. Wait for the solvent to evaporate completely before proceeding with adhesive application.
