General description:
SW 364 is a high-performance anaerobic sealant designed for flat joints and metal flanged couplings.
Its thixotropic formulation prevents run-off during application, creating an elastic film resistant to gas, LPG, oils, hydrocarbons, and other chemical fluids.
It provides excellent resistance to vibration and mechanical stress, operating effectively from −55°C to +180°C.
Components treated with SW 364 remain removable with standard tools, while maintaining integrity and sealing performance over time.
SW 364 is ideal for sealing flanged joints and flat surfaces exposed to vibration, shock, or aggressive fluids. Used in the maintenance of railway, industrial, and mechanical systems.

Apply to clean, degreased metal surfaces. Dispense enough product to fill the joint, assemble the parts, and allow polymerisation (1–3 h for functional strength; 24–36 h for full cure).
For easier disassembly, heat to 150–250°C. Avoid contact with paints, elastomers, and certain thermoplastics.
