TS 39 S — Dry-film lubricant

General description:
TS 39 S is a dry spray lubricant based on molybdenum disulfide, designed to form a protective film on treated surfaces, capable of delivering long-lasting performance even under severe conditions.
The formulation is intended for applications in which high temperatures and heavy loads require reliable lubrication, even when continuity of the lubricating film becomes decisive.
The polymer component is effective up to approximately 200°C; above this threshold, the product continues to work under dry-film lubrication conditions thanks to the presence of molybdenum disulfide.
The result is effective technical protection against friction and wear, suitable for industrial contexts in which a dry lubricant that is resistant and stable over time is required.
TS 39 S is used in a wide range of industrial sectors, including specific applications in vacuum pump mechanics.
In metal fabrication and in the metal industry, it can be used during torch welding operations to prevent incandescent metal spatter detached from the welding surfaces from adhering to the torch nozzle.
It is also recommended for highly loaded bearings, particularly when service temperatures are high and a dry-film lubricating layer is required to prevent and counteract friction even under severe conditions.
