TS 400 — PAO NSF oil for high-temperature food-processing chains

General description:
TS 400 is a synthetic lubricant based on PAO (polyalphaolefins), designed to deliver high performance on chains and conveyors in food-processing machinery, even under extreme temperatures.
It provides superior protection against wear, rust and corrosion, keeping the chain clean thanks to its high thermal stability and resistance to deposit formation. It is suitable for use with centralised systems, manual oilers or sprayers.
The product is compliant with FDA regulations and is NSF H1 registered for use in food-processing areas where incidental contact may occur.

Apply the product directly to chains, guides or moving mechanisms using a brush, drip oiler or automatic system.
It is advisable to lubricate clean, dry components, preferably with the plant stopped, to ensure maximum adhesion of the lubricating film.
Shake well before use if applied via a pressurised system.
