General description:
TS 412 is a non-toxic ISO 46 synthetic lubricant formulated with PAO base oils, developed to ensure reliable lubrication of compressors and vacuum pumps in contexts where operating continuity and system cleanliness are essential.
Manufactured in accordance with FDA standards, it is intended for use inside and near processing areas where accidental contact with food being processed may occur.
The formulation combines high antiwear, antioxidant, antifoam, anticorrosion and antirust performance with excellent demulsifying properties.
Its high resistance to fluid breakdown caused by air and high temperatures, together with its low volatility, helps limit the formation of deposits, sludge and varnish on pneumatic system components.
TS 412 is recommended for the lubrication of compressors and vacuum pumps of any type used for the production, processing, packaging and wrapping of food products.
