TS 414 — Non-toxic synthetic lubricant ISO 32

General description:
TS 414 is a fully synthetic ISO 32 lubricant, formulated with PAO base oils, designed for the lubrication of vacuum pumps.
It is developed for applications in which the lubricant may come into accidental contact with products being processed.
The formulation uses colorless synthetic base oils, free from odor and taste, and offers excellent demulsibility, high water repellency and excellent resistance to breakdown caused by air and high temperatures.
Its very low tendency to form deposits, sludge and lacquers helps keep the system efficient over time.
The low pour point promotes suitable lubrication even during cold start-up, while the high resistance to mechanical stress, wear, oxidation and corrosion allows use over a wide temperature range.
TS 414 is recommended for the lubrication of vacuum pumps used in production, processing and packaging systems in the food industry.
It is particularly recommended for use in pumps operating under severe service conditions.
