TS 420 — Non-toxic ISO 22 synthetic oil for line lubricators

Stable protection for pneumatic lines in food environments

General description:

TS 420 is a fully synthetic, non-toxic ISO 22 lubricant based on polyalphaolefins (PAO), developed for the lubrication of pneumatic lines inside systems intended for the processing of food products.

The selection of the base oils makes the product colorless, odorless and tasteless, an essential characteristic in contexts where operating reliability and compatibility with the production environment must coexist without compromise.
The formulation complies with the regulations applicable to substances intended for uses that may involve accidental contact with food during processing.

Thanks to its high natural viscosity index, excellent thermo-oxidative stability and extremely low pour point, TS 420 ensures reliable performance over wide temperature ranges, counteracting the formation of lacquers, varnishes and carbonaceous residues.

Its technical profile is completed by high antiwear properties, high load resistance, antifoam, anticorrosion, antirust and demulsifying properties, as well as marked water repellency.

TS 420 is developed for use in mist lubrication systems installed in machinery operating within the food industry.

It can also be used in certain hydraulic systems requiring this specific viscosity grade.
