TS 421 — Detergent oil for vacuum pumps, compressors and hydraulic circuits
Cleans, protects, and prepares components for the oil change.
General description:
TS 421 is a highly refined naphthenic mineral oil designed for internal flushing of vacuum pumps, compressors, and hydraulic circuits.
Its formulation includes detergent and dispersant additives that act on sludge and residues, preventing foam formation and protecting components against oxidation.
Compatible with common metallic alloys and polymers, it ensures effective cleaning without damaging seals or surfaces.
It is not intended to remain in service, but solely for the flushing phase prior to re-lubrication.
TS 421 is ideal for:
• Internal washing of vacuum pumps
• Cleaning of industrial compressors
• Removal of sludge in hydraulic circuits
• Preparing components prior to oil change

TS 421 should be used with the equipment running at full operating speed.
Once the flushing operation is complete, refill the system with the usual operating lubricant.
It is advisable to drain the detergent oil while still warm (40–50°C) to facilitate removal of impurities.
Replace filters, where provided, at the end of the procedure.
