TS 422 is a synthetic oil for compressors, formulated with special additives that enhance its antiwear, anticorrosion and antioxidant properties.
It is designed to ensure reliable lubrication in systems subject to severe operating conditions, where internal cleanliness, operating continuity and component protection become critical.
One of its key strengths is its high resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation, which helps maintain consistent performance over time.
Its very low tendency to form carbon deposits helps preserve compressor efficiency, while its low volatility and high flash point help reduce oil consumption during operation.
The product profile is completed by a very low tendency to foam, a high friction-reducing capacity, and compatibility with seals and the most commonly used metals.
TS 422 is particularly recommended for reciprocating air compressors requiring lubricants with strong antiwear and anticorrosion properties, so as to ensure effective lubrication even under severe operating conditions.
