General description:
TS 440 is a fully synthetic lubricant formulated for the lubrication of chains subjected to high temperatures.
In these applications, where the links operate under conditions comparable to those of slow-sliding bearings, proper lubrication is essential to contain wear, friction and loss of efficiency.
The synthetic base enables the product to operate effectively even at elevated temperatures and in assemblies with tight tolerances.
Its antioxidant and antiwear properties help keep the chain efficient over time, limiting the formation of lacquers, deposits and carbonaceous residues.
TS 440 can operate at maximum temperatures of 160°C with peaks of 180°C, helping to maintain chain articulation and counteract the stiffening typical of high-temperature applications.
TS 440 is effectively used in mist, immersion and circulation lubrication systems, as well as in automatic lubrication systems.
It can also be applied manually by brush or by means of a dispenser.
It is recommended for the lubrication of chains operating inside bakery ovens, heat-treatment furnaces, quenching furnaces, drying ovens, paint-curing ovens and similar equipment.
