TS 495 — ISO 150 long-life synthetic lubricant

General description:
TS 495 is a synthetic lubricant formulated with a blend of polyalphaolefins and esters, developed for the long-life lubrication of gears, transmissions and bearings subjected to high loads.
The product has been designed to provide particularly effective protection in transmission mechanisms that show a tendency to micropitting, a critical issue that can compromise component reliability and service life over time.
The high oxidation resistance of the lubricating film, even at high operating temperatures, allows long service life.
The quality of the base oil and additive package also helps extend the service life of mechanical parts, reducing wear, noise and operating costs.
The product is part of the TS line, developed by BB Technical Service to meet the specific needs of the industrial sector.
TS 495 is recommended for the lubrication of enclosed gears of all types, plain and rolling bearings, heavily loaded transmissions, guides and chains operating over a wide temperature range.
It is also used for the general lubrication of machinery in the textile industry, steelworks and cement plants.

Use TS 495 for the lubrication of heavily loaded gears, transmissions, bearings, guides and chains, always verifying by means of appropriate tests that the product is suitable for the specific application.
The product shows no particular incompatibility with rubber and plastic components and is compatible with mineral, ester and PAO oils.
