General description:
TS 940 is a multifunctional monoethylene glycol (MEG)-based heat-transfer fluid, designed to ensure efficient heat transfer in cooling circuits and in industrial applications where high thermal performance is required.
Its formulation incorporates a specific inhibitor package, optimized to provide maximum service life, corrosion protection and freeze prevention, helping to keep circuit efficiency stable over time.
Thanks to these characteristics, TS 940 provides effective protection at both high and low temperatures and has satisfactorily passed corrosion tests carried out in accordance with ASTM specifications.
The product is compatible with most other ethylene glycol-based heat-transfer fluids and maintains its effectiveness even in the presence of hard water; however, for optimum corrosion protection, the exclusive use of TS 940 is still recommended.

The additives contained in the product ensure effective protection at both high and low temperatures, together with anticorrosion performance that has passed corrosion tests conducted in accordance with ASTM specifications.

Behavior in hard water
Performs effectively even in the presence of water with a high degree of hardness
For applications involving operating temperatures down to −40 °C, TS 940 is ready to use. For applications reaching temperatures no lower than −20 °C, dilution to 50% is recommended.
The product must be stored at ambient temperature, minimizing periods of exposure to temperatures above 35 °C.
As commonly recommended for coolant-antifreeze fluids, the presence of galvanized steel among the piping and system components in which the product circulates is not recommended.
