TS 966 — Emulsifiable coolant oil

Turning, cutting, high-speed cut-off operations, milling and deep-hole drilling of metals

General description:

TS 966 is a multipurpose emulsifiable coolant oil developed for mechanical machining operations such as turning, cutting, high-speed cut-off operations, milling and deep-hole drilling, on widely used automatic and manual machines.

Its excellent stability and rust-preventive properties make it suitable for chip-removal machining on highly machinable metals, medium-alloy steels, nickel alloys, aluminum and yellow alloys.

The formulation contains newly developed antibacterial additives and compounds and is completely free from chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus, phenol, nitrites, boron and amides.

Used at high concentrations, TS 966 can also replace neat cutting oils.

TS 966 is suitable for mechanical machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling, boring, cutting and threading.

It can be used in single tanks and centralized systems.

It is compatible with medium-alloy steels, aluminum alloys, brass and yellow alloys, making it suitable for a wide range of machining operations on different metals.
